V & V is the best good prices
This was undoubtedly the most crooked car lot I have ever seen. Almost one year after buying a car from these people, I still don't have the title. Not only did I not receive the title, the tax money that was paid on it didn't go to the state of Tennessee. After numerous calls to them that went unanswered,a letter to their bonding company, and to the Tennessee Vehicle Commission, we have to fill out a certification of ownership form to hopefully get the title from the state.
