Our Pit Cross, Canoe, was deathly ill and vomiting bile. We had taken her to our vet who didn't know what was wrong and said to wait a day. I just was too worried to wait a day. Since our vet had just closed we called the Lewiston emergency vet clinic but they were full up and sending people to Warren. The attending vet was darling and said she thought it was a text book obstruction which was my worry even though when palpated she didn't act as if it was painful.
