I had a very disappointing experience due to the receptionist’s behavior. She seemed unsure of what she was doing and lacked basic knowledge needed to assist me. On top of that, her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the interaction even more frustrating. I expect a higher level of competence and courtesy, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope this is addressed so future visitors are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

The nurses I saw today could not have been more kind and caring. They were so busy but still took the time to thoroughly explain things to me and and ensure I was well taken care of. I cannot thank them enough.
I will never be returning here after having 2 hours of my day wasted. Booked and came in for an 11am appointment, at 12:20pm I asked the receptionist if my appointment had been missed, she advised she will let the doctor know I was to be taken in next. At 12:45pm the doctor took a different patient to be seen. I requested a refund as I was leaving. I was provided a full refund and left without seeing the doctor. I really don't know what these patients are talking about. It was the best one I have been too, receptionist are friendly, nurses and doctors too but I guess it depends on the ones that you go to. I always visit Dr. Sarker and she is the most realistic but kind doctor I have seen, I totally recommend.
