Our mothers jewellery was stolen from a employee in this facility and when I inquired about it they told my mum i was making a big deal about , our family heirlooms gone, 12 months later and the new manager still hasn’t contacted us to sort something out with us, not good enough. My mother came from Ross town and I couldn’t speak highly enough about it, it’s a pity they closed it.
Came to install printers, staff are very pleasant and residents seem genuinly happy and cared for.
