The doctors are nice, but one of the reception staff is rude sarcastic and unhelpful. Each time I’ve been met with rudeness, shortness, annoyance and sarcasm. Again: doctors are lovely but the receptionist has put us off going there sadly. I’ve just scanned these comments and see I’m not the only one who has been met with a rude receptionist!!!
Dr. Thevam Ganesan at Warrandyte Medical Centre is EXCEPTIONAL!! She has been caring for my family for a few years now and is kind, patient, and truly listens – always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure we feel supported. Her genuine care and expertise make such a difference. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a doctor who really goes above and beyond.

I changed to Warrandyte medical centre shortly after it opened having been with a previous surgery for about 15 years, and I’m so pleased I did. I am under the care of Dr Sahil Dadia who is an exceptional Dr, very competent, understanding and extremely thorough. His friendly personality makes him so easy to talk to, he listens and explains things really well. I have encouraged all my family to go there and I feel very comfortable that we are in safe hands.
Highly reccomended warrandyte medical centre, especially Dr Sahil who is an amazing Dr and genuinely cares about his patients. He has been incredibly supportive throughout my complex health journey and has helped me keep hope along the way. The empathy he has is rare to find and I am grateful for his ongoing support and care regarding my health conditions.
