Reception staff were rude and ignored me completely when I approached the desk to sign in. And - by the way, the reception phone is on loud speaker for all to hear the conversations on the phone. Don’t bother calling this place, they have the worst customer service over the phone I’ve ever experienced
I was looking for a medical centre had just moved from Melbourne I saw Dr Ong he was rude and arrogant he said to me if you don’t like how I do things I don’t care I have plenty of patients. Many other things were said the way he spoke shocked me hence I will not be returning
I've been seeing Dr Alvin Ong for three years, and since seeing him I've always had my health care needs taken care of. So much so, many of my family see him now. He's not the chattiest doctor I've met, and it's clear when he's under the pump, but that's what makes me grateful to have him around. He's professional, caring and reliable for healthcare support.
