Excellent doctor’s surgery. Especially our family doctor, Dr Alvin. He is very kind, helpful, attentive & thorough. Highly recommend this entire practice. Merrill at the front desk is absolutely amazing & very helpful and friendly. Are they busy & will you have to wait past your appointment sometimes? Yes, of course. But every other bulk billing surgery will have the exact same issue. If you have complex health issues, save yourself the any problems by booking in a long appointment consult, rather than a standard. I will be ... read more

Recently moved to the area. Dr Ong has been a fantastic Doctor. Staff are friendly, but obviously quite busy. He is easy to work with and communicate issues and have had good quality care. It has been a long time since I've experienced a good care from a Dr.
The way dr Alvin speak with his client is very unpolite. Even the receptionist and the nurse they are not polite to the client. They don’t know how to deal with in a professional manner. Whenever I get in the Clinc I feel unheard and no smile on the staff face
The receptionist over the phone was quite curt and speaking super speedily with a strong accent. Upon politely requesting them to slow down, they repeated themselves and it appeared that they intentionally made it a point that they were speaking to a kid, not in a nice way. Reading the other google map reviews pertaining to the reception staff, I'm more hesitant to deal with this again in the future for medical visits. That receptionist can get the job done but there's no warmth in their verbal communication.
