Dr Zac is absolutely fantastic! He’s gentle, thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He never makes you feel rushed, but is still quick and efficient, and he’s such a lovely person. He was especially amazing with my child, who had become very nervous about dentists after a previous rough experience with another dentist. At 68 years of age and growing up in a time when dentist didn't seem to understand fear or pain, I was terrified of going to the dentist. I tried to get general anesthetic but it was so expensive so I thought I would have gas but can you believe it, you can't get gas in Horsham? I ended up getting an appointment at warracknabeal dental clinic because they use nitrous gas if requested. Even with nitrous I was terrified.
