My wife bought a skateboard and helmet as gifts for an out-of-town nephew. At the time of purchase she told the clerk she wasnt sure of the size and was clearly told if the helmet was the wrong size she could return it for a refund (rather than have to ship a second package out-of-town). Before shipping she found out the helmet _was_ the wrong size, so she shipped the skateboard and a few days later tried to returned the helmet.
