Absolutely the best rim company I've ever dealt with! Hands down amazing! I've never had a company that makes custom beautiful wheels extremely fast and they're so easy to deal with!
Customer service is horrible!! My son ordered a suspension triangle and linkage and broke first ride out. Emailed customer service and very slow responding and best they would do is offer half off if he buys the same part again. Why would he spend his hard earned money again on something that broke the first time out? Bought a wheel from them and has been great but won’t spend another penny with a company that won’t stand behind their product first time out. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
I have built many E Bikes now using warp 9 parts. By far the best company out there.
Warp 9 was really good about returning my rims for repair an they made everything really easy...great company!
