Completely terrible business! Dont waste your time and money! I brought my laptop runing with windows 10. Just wanted to reinstall win7. Deal was $100 for 2 days. I payed $50 as prepayment. Almost 2weeks passed they could not finished the work. I called lots of times during two weeks, sometimes they did not even answer. I had to go to the shop 3-4 times to check get info. Every time they had a excuse. I had to get my laptop back at the end of two weeks to take it to another repair shop. Thay did not pay back my prepayment! A... read more
Always get great service and cheap parts and accessories, for my computer!
Completely unprofessional business right here. Brought in an Xbox for a simple disk drive replacement, and even though he didn't know what he was doing took my Xbox for three months just to tell me that, in the end, he couldn't do anything about it. He charged me a ridiculous rate for parts/labor in the first place and then refused to give me a full refund for wasting my time. I felt it extremely disrespectful and I would never have expected this from someone who is suppose to be a community leader. He might know how to work... read more
