My husband and I were traveling in WA and OR, with our travel trailer. While on hwy 18 in OR, one if our leaf springs broke on the travel trailer. We tried to get someone, through our insurance company, to get us off the road and to a safe place. It just was a complicated situation, Jeff Warnicke was our star and angel that got us back on the road. My husband and I were on a trip with family when our car wouldn’t start. On a Sunday so nowhere was open and we took a chance, had it towed to Warnicke. Called on Monday to find out that he didn’t work on Volvos typically, but after I told him the situation we were in he went above and beyond. Told me his son would take a look and see if it was something they could fix. (Because of Covid all the other places were at least two weeks out, if they could even take it.)
