Poor outcome – After research, I utilized this company to move and store my home. Unfortunately this company cannot account for a large piece of furniture after being stored at their facility for a few years. I was fooled by this company's "family owned and operated" rhetoric. I find it frustrating that even paying a storage insurance that the outcome is minimal, the outcome speaks volumes of this company character and statement of "trust our storage facilities".
