Consistently overcharges on their invoices and then tries to get you on a "budget" plan that is 2.00 per gallon over the going rate. Stopped auto fill yet they still came out and filled tanks and AGAIN charged us 4.24 a gallon. Sorry to say, have lost all faith in Blue Flame.
We can't say enough good things about Sandhills Propane! We have used them for our company 7 Central Bistro for 5 years and the customer service provided by Vicki and delivery service provided by Phillip have been the BEST!!! The whole Sandhills team is outstanding! Time after time they have come to our rescue and we would not still be in business without them! In this day of 'big box stores' - - - do yourself a Favor and stay small and support Local! Thank you!!! Thank you Sandhills Propane team!
Worst company we've ever dealt with. Couldn't get a delivery to save our lives, and the customer service is the most pathetic of any company I've ever seen.
Very poor customer service, they could not keep the delivery date x 3! And never called to say why! I do not recommend this company!
We called Sandhills Propane on December 7, 2018 to have our tank filled. Today is December 29, 2018 and still no service after a follow up call to the company. Can’t believe it should take this long to get your tank filled.
Excellent service at every level!
After 5 years they decided to just stop auto-delivering to us, leaving us with little to no propane. We called as soon as we realized. I've called 10 times in four days and EVERY time they SWEAR someone is going to come by that day and they've now stood me up three times. I'm hard pressed to think of a worse experience with a company. My family is freezing in our house.
