Recently purchased my first new boat and my experience at Warners was exceptional. Jarek took care of the boat sale and was very responsive. He made sure the entire boat was looked over and found a small problem with the cover that he made sure to take care of. They are not going to send you home with a boat with something wrong with it. Had a really amazing interaction with Graham @ Warner Dock. We brought our pontoon in for service just after close with the intention of dropping it off and waiting to hear back. Graham was still there and offered to do a quick battery check which ended up being the issue. He offered to change the battery on the spot, which ended up saving our family another 2 or 3 trips out to pick up and launch our boat. Super fantastic experience, we won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks Graham!
Warners has a nice showroom, with a quality staff. Purchasing was smooth and they took care of the titling etc. They delivered my pontoon in the spring at the appointed time. I had a small electrical problem a couple months later and they sent an excellent technician to my cabin who figured out the problem and fixed it in a flash. I’ve been very happy with my purchase and their service.
Blair, Rick and the rest of the team at Warner’s Dock are top notch. Extremely knowledgeable in their profession. Blair took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and with patience. The service team did a wonderful job with the add-ons purchased. 5-star service all around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a boat. Thank you, WDI!
