Warners has a nice showroom, with a quality staff. Purchasing was smooth and they took care of the titling etc. They delivered my pontoon in the spring at the appointed time. I had a small electrical problem a couple months later and they sent an excellent technician to my cabin who figured out the problem and fixed it in a flash. I’ve been very happy with my purchase and their service.
From the time I dropped off the boat until I picked it up today, Graham was outstanding to work with. He explained things to me so I could understand & he took time with me & didn’t hurry me through. Today he helped me get my boat connected to the trailer getting it travel ready by taking the playpen cover off, storing things in the changing room, etc. top notch service from Warners! Very happy I chose them for winterizing, tuning up & storage for the winter. Prices were also reasonable.
Recently purchased my first new boat and my experience at Warners was exceptional. Jarek took care of the boat sale and was very responsive. He made sure the entire boat was looked over and found a small problem with the cover that he made sure to take care of. They are not going to send you home with a boat with something wrong with it.
