Randy came out for an estimate for us. He was honest, and very professional. He was very knowledgeable on his products, and explained every detail of what was to be done. Very impressed! We have decided to postpone the project, but thought I would give Randy a thumbs up!

Delayed review here as we had our deck done last year. But I really wanted to make sure I left one. The team I had was excellent really helped me out when I misunderstood some of the terminology and ordered the wrong color for a certain area. They did not treat me poorly, but actually the opposite! They were so nice and helpful with ensuring I got what I wanted. They didn't complain whatsoever and installed our new Trex deck with skill and it was done in such a timely manner. It was so fast! I had no idea where to start but once I talked to Chris he guided me through the whole process gave me some examples, and even gave me the address of some other decks that were built to have an idea of what I could have. After seeing everything I knew exactly what I wanted and they delivered!!!
If you are looking to build a roof deck do not spend even a second exploring options with this company. They wasted 6 months (to be fair we were waiting for our roof to be replaced for ~4 months) of time going back and forth with us only to tell me off handedly 5 months in to things that they “weren’t sure yet how they would get our materials up on the roof and it might be $3000 a day for a crane but they weren’t sure yet”. Absurd and frustrating to work with.
