Changing my review. They offered residents a $100 giftcard to leave a positive review, so I left one, then they never gave the gift card and tried saying I left it after the promotion was over, even though I left it the same day it was requested. This place is a dump, the trash is always overflowing, theres always garbage in the breezeways, they punish you for staying a resident with raised yearly rent while new tenants continue to come in at a much lower cost, its like they prefer turnover rather than keeping loyal tenants.... read more

The new girl at the leave office is very disrespectful to the tenants threatening us with police. She is very rude and she doesn’t have a good relationship with the tenants

I do not recommend renting here, it is very expensive for the price you get an apartment here, you can get another more luxurious one, and very bad maintenance. You ask them to fix something, they never do it, or you try to contact the office, it is difficult, they don't answer your calls, or the office is closed. The things in the apartments are fragile or cheap that if you touch any accessory it breaks easily.

This place is ridiculous!!! No amenities the pool is tiny and they are charging 1430 for a 1 bedroom apartment. Are you kidding me!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

We are new residents, for our part we love the place, the accessibility to the surroundings such as gas stations, supermarkets and many restaurants in the area, it is great to have everything nearby, plus the cleanliness of the parking areas, streets and areas for pets, it is a good place to live and its administrative staff do a wonderful job resolving any questions or problems that arise. Without a doubt, it is an excellent place that we have called home.
