We love living here! My family and I (husband and two kids) have lived here since March of 2023 and have been so thankful that this is home for our small family. Kenzie is incredibly kind and quick with follow-ups and out of all the apartments I've lived in in my life Robert is the BEST maintenance guy I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He is quick, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend checking out Warner West if you want a great location but still reasonably priced!
I can only urge people to not live here unless you like having pests living with you! My experience here started off very good with the people in the leasing office being very nice and helpful. It has since turned into a raccoon infested nightmare. I cannot stress this enough- DO NOT move into unit 6288 unless you want raccoons living directly above you. Kenzie is definitely the nicest and most knowledgeable property manager/leasing agent we have talked with! She was very friendly and helped us narrow down our best options, gave us time to tour the apartments and had confident answers to all of our answers.
Changing my review. They offered residents a $100 giftcard to leave a positive review, so I left one, then they never gave the gift card and tried saying I left it after the promotion was over, even though I left it the same day it was requested. This place is a dump, the trash is always overflowing, theres always garbage in the breezeways, they punish you for staying a resident with raised yearly rent while new tenants continue to come in at a much lower cost, its like they prefer turnover rather than keeping loyal tenants.... read more
The new girl at the leave office is very disrespectful to the tenants threatening us with police. She is very rude and she doesn’t have a good relationship with the tenants
