I was conditionally approved for an apartment, but I didn’t hear back from them. When I finally did, they informed me that my application had been denied. Upon reviewing the denial letter, I noticed that it contained the same information as the conditional approval. We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we are loving it! The apartments are up to date and absolutely lovely. Jelynn, the property manager, has been super helpful and very personable. We had a few small maintenance issues and Robert had them fixed in no time at all. He also does an amazing job keeping the property clean. My dog loves the dog play area as we visit twice a day!
The management team is completely fine with their tenants living with BLACK MOLD. The hot water heater on floor 2 exploded one day, flooding our apartment. Management took several DAYS to send someone to clean up the flood. Since then, its been musty in here and we continue to get sicker and sicker. They sent someone to paint over the mold on the ceiling, which you can still clearly see right through the paint. Had such a great experience here we are going to miss Kenzie but Anthony made my transfer really smooth and he is professional and friendly definitely recommend this place!
We love living here! My family and I (husband and two kids) have lived here since March of 2023 and have been so thankful that this is home for our small family. Kenzie is incredibly kind and quick with follow-ups and out of all the apartments I've lived in in my life Robert is the BEST maintenance guy I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He is quick, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend checking out Warner West if you want a great location but still reasonably priced!
