Incredibly disrespectful. I reached out to their text message marketing campaign, I asked them if they could quote me on installing AC in my van. In scheduling the appointment, they tried scheduling not a quote but “A Servicing” for my van without directly asking me. They told me they would need my van for the day to give me a proper quote. This review is only for the up fitting branch of Warner Vans; the dealership and rental offices are great! I visited in person to discuss adding some accessories. We came up with a plan, complete with specific parts, and was told they’d send an estimate for parts and labor. The estimate never came, nor did anyone return my ~4 voicemails or emails. Big thank you to TOM! Coming from San Clemente California, I don't always feel welcomed in Utah.. but Tom made my wife and I lifetime customers after dealing with an incident we didn't know how to deal with, on our 2024 sprinter 170! My wife made a pretty expensive purchase without asking and well, the install hasn't been going so well.
