The service department works like the Keystone cops! Stopped with my trailers to show them a problem and take a picture for warranty. Said that they didn't need to and just book it in. Booked in for the work while I took a 10 days off work. Came back to pick up my trailers and they said that they were waiting to hear from Doepker. Rebooked as I needed to haul.
