I have not received $802.13 from services that was never rendered. The company (Will) used my credit card to purchase materials/supplies from ******. Will said that after purchasing the material that he would have to raise the amount substantially since the materials at ****** have gone up in price. I told him that was unacceptable. The cost went up from $1600 to $2500 to complete the job which was quoted verbally to me. I am in need of an estimate for the repair of my roof damaged in a storm. The insurance adjuster has been out and I needed to get some estimates for repair. My experience was so awful that I feel that one star is too much, but zero stars and negative stars are not possible. The owner sent only a text message saying, "multiple repairs of soffit and loose siding may require removing siding to reattach and reinstall total cost $1575". After that, there were two weeks of no shows and me having to call to see why no one showed up - only to hear excuse after excuse.
