Today Thursday sep 25, 2025 at 10:50 I called to check if they are accepting new patients or walked ins..the receptionist was SO RUDE. She shouldn't been working in customer service AT ALL🤢🤯
I totally love Dr Shekarrapa and his staff. Never had a problem with them . Always friendly and polite to everyone
I have been a patient with Dr. Ravi for many years. My only complaint is the labs. They really need more than one nurse doing the labs and a bigger lab. It would also be nice if they actually started at 7:30 like the schedule says. There isn't any reason for delays first thing in the morning. Take the patients time into consideration who get there by 7:30. There shouldn't be a long wait time that early.
