My son is there right now to get his Pacifica fixed, they told him they can’t get the bolts loose and have to soak them. What about new bolts? What kind of excuse is this? I am so upset about this, he is on a trip and now it has been interrupted by this incompetence of a stellantis/chrysler dealership. What is this? Why giving him a hard time?

Getting Better
This miserable place did everything they could to avoid honoring a 3yr/36k mile warranty on a Mopar battery. Hats off to the staff for reading the fine print and making sure that the original owner of my truck was the only person eligible for a replacement. Serves me right for going to a dealership for any kind of parts/service, courtesy, eye-contact, etc.
If I could give 0 stars most definitely would. Unfortunately 1 star is not deserving this has to be the WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN WARNER ROBINS GEORGIA. ADVISE NOONE TO COME TO THIS PLACE. BUT I'M SURE THEY WILL. SCREW BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER, SERVICE SUCK. SIMPLE AS A LEAK IN TIRE, LEAVE AND STILL SAME PROBLEM. YEAH GO TO O'REILLY OR AUTO ZONE.
