So impressed with the customer service we received. Mike was awesome to deal with and very understanding of our situation after we were ripped off badly by another spa company. We can not recommend Mike and his team enough. Delivery and installation went very smoothly because Mike co-ordinated everything so well and even kept in contact with our electrician so that he could connect our spa so Mike could get it up and running for us. Thank you so much Mike and team.

We contacted Warner Pool care to assist with a serious circulation leak issue with our pool in Albany Creek. They were extremely professional and helpful, responding quickly the following morning - despite a 3 day wait for general service. I texted photos to assist with the situation, Joe attended the next morning and had our situation resolved within about an hour.
