So impressed with customer service from Fox so friendly and helpful when giving our pool a service monthly.
So impressed with the customer service we received. Mike was awesome to deal with and very understanding of our situation after we were ripped off badly by another spa company. We can not recommend Mike and his team enough. Delivery and installation went very smoothly because Mike co-ordinated everything so well and even kept in contact with our electrician so that he could connect our spa so Mike could get it up and running for us. Thank you so much Mike and team.
Thanks Wyntan, you are best! He is very patient and professional, clean all the dust and sands, also solved the pump problem which was make us frustrated a long time ago.
