service fast and efecient for a short noticeproblem
Had trucks hauling to the landfill from out of town. Could not get them dumped on a Friday evening and began calling around to see if I could find somewhere to park 4 loaded trucks inside for the night so the loads did not freeze. While Warner's did not have room, Cathy went above and beyond reaching out to her team for help. They did help us secure some overnight parking and she even text me back to make sure we were covered. Fixed the code and found the issue quickly and replaced the Dozer Valve. (Yes it's a real thing)
My wife and I were travelling from Vancouver British Columbia to St. John’s Newfoundland in our 36’ foot Winnebago Coach. Our air-conditioning pump seized up and broke our serpentine belt. I called the parts department at Warner industries To try and book my RV in for repair. Unfortunately, they had a two week waiting period before they could get me in.
