Don’t waste your money here. I paid $10k for crawlspace wall and joist repair, sump pump install, and new vapor barrier. Jay and I agreed to a contract, then amended the contract, but he didn’t tell his workers- so when they showed up and started putting down a 6mm vapor barrier after Jay and I had agreed to make it a 12mm, they had to take it all back and get the correct parts.
