Horrible service. I would never return to get any service done there. I got an implant done a few years ago and need to get access to the details of the procedure and have been calling the office for literally 5 months daily and have not gotten access to the records. Also my new dentist has been calling to get them and have had no luck either. Do not go here even for a simple teeth cleaning honestly. Love supporting minority businesses but not this one.
I am extremely disappointed and with this business. I have been dealing with them since June, attempting to get a crown. I paid for my crown and service up front, and now I can’t even get anyone to pick up the phone. When my crown came in, no one from the business called me. It was supposed to take a couple of weeks and it took over a month. I called to inquire and I was told it had just arrived and I made an appointment for 2 weeks out. I really like them but lately I have been a bit disappointed. I have been calling to see if my implant has come in no answer. My procedure was back in January. You pay for services and no one answers the phone. I might have to look in to finding a new dentist for me and my family. This has become so frustrating at this point. I just need to talk to someone to get my procedure completed, then I think I will find another dentist.
I have been dealing with this practice for at least 1 1/2 to 2 years, the service is horrible. You call the office to make an appointment and no one answers, the voice-mail comes on, I have left several messages and no one will call you back.
