I recently went on this tour with my wife, this was my second time on the tour. It did not meet the standards I had expected for myself and my wife. First of all the tour guide was very talkative and kept on bragging on knowing this person and that person. Claiming he knows all those celebrities and that he spoke on the phone with them, it was clear he was trying too hard to impress the audience. I am really disappointed in your company. My family had tickets for a 4pm show on December 30th. We called numerous times to switch to the time to either the day before or something earlier on that day or the day before only to be told there was nothing can do to switch to an earlier time. I had to get my son home to New York for an emergency and my hotel the four seasons was told the same thing.
