Research before applying to work here. This place discriminates very badly. They refuse people employment before even talking to them or interviewing them. I know someone with over 5 years experience that keeps applying there. Warner sends them an email saying they are moving on to next candidate. Someone with over 5 years experience should not be turned down that quickly.
