I was in their store today for a half an hour. Staff walked by me and never said a word. Stood at the counter looking at some jewelry, was never asked if I needed help. This happened the last time I visited their store. The only reason I’ll be returning is because I have a GC. Bunch of snobs.

Awesome crew, especially Dani. Very high quality furniture and plenty to choose from. I didn't mind spending alot of money with the quality this high.
I would have given 5 stars but staff behaved like snobby Karens on all 3 of my visits. They seem to think that they must express their clothing lineup and it's cost with an upturned nose. This attitude is tiresome and outdated. I've purchased gifts here on 3 separate occasions, since the merchandise is great quality. Staff on the other hand, seems not to know that serving a wealthy clientele is about precise customer service.
