I like the product but install it yourself. Installer missed a section of flooring first attempt, then after second attempt he done such a terrible job with self leveller. We had rebuilt subfloor which took a week and in 2 hours the installer had ruined it and didn't care. Just expects tiler to teal with it. Not impressed by the very low quality professionalism and quality of work
Dont make a mistake buying warmtec heating. Worst customer service ever. I was putting the product in my new home and paid the builder to put the system. After 7 months chasing to find what they charged and what type of thermostat they providing, they did not care. They will charge you arms length at the start and when you will find out that they putting cheap product, and you want to upgrade to a better quality product, you will get another very nasty surprise. The thermostats in both bathrooms broke down and when I contact Warmtech in Lilydale they refused to replace the items or meet us half way with cost of replacing them. In discussions with them they admitted that the thermostats that they sold to us were of poor quality as they were being manufactured overseas . We are now left with two underfloor heating that doesn't work and we're forced to find alternative thermostats. Will never deal with that company again.
Had Warmtech install our bathroom floor heating, very pleased with the workmanship and quality and very upfront with all costs involved. Extremely helpful and understanding staff and we were verry pleased with the product and the heating. Definitely going to advise using Warmtech to my friends for great quality and at reasonable prices.
