I live here as of this day and I don't have no complains about this place is not my first time neither this is my 3rd time moving to Warminster heights (thank God I been so bless) peaceful, friendly, good neighbors, affordable I wish the house were better in the inside but for the price you cant beat that. so I will be fixing it my self little by little.
The management of this HOA has been the most petty, unprofessional, and dishonest group I have ever encountered. They withheld my mom’s $11,000 security deposit—she’s a widow of a former U.S. Coast Guard—taking advantage of her during a vulnerable time. Instead of showing compassion, they exploited her situation and ignored fairness. There is no transparency here. They require over $10,000 just to move in, but never explain where the money goes. I used to live here with my very large family (wife, grampy, uncle, aunt/also my uncle, grammy, 12 kids, my parakeet named Howard, and my rommates Winslow Herringer and Joseph Sinebuck). The HOA here gave me a small house only with one floor, one bedroom, half a bathroom, and a 9 square foot yard (back and front combined). My neighbor ate my parakeet when I took him for a walk to the Crooked Billet Green Park.
