Purchased an Epic propane stove well over a month ago and it still is not properly installed. They came out and supposedly hooked it up but when the propane company came out for their final inspersion., they were unable to get the pilot to stay lit. I called Warming Trends but was told their service guy decided to make the Thanksgiving holiday an extended one and when due back, he called off sick.
