We have used Warm Glow for many years to service the ancient boiler in our old house. We recently moved house and used them for a complete re-plumb and installation of a new central heating system. My daughter's boiler was not working. I contacted Warmglow through their website and they immediately got back to me and offered an appointment on the same day. This was unexpected but very welcome. The engineer that came to look at the boiler, Chloe, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and fixed the problem right away. The cost was very reasonable. My boiler was well and truly past its sell by date, and the pipe work spaghetti junction. George and his team worked professionally, efficiently and with a wonderful attitude to replaced a dog’s dinner with a banquet. Also, I was amazed at how reasonable the price. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
