No doubt that the product is 5 . It's their after sales service that takes 2 off. The package came without instructions on how to set up the thermostat. I've emailed them. Left messages on their website. Still waiting !!!
Called WFS four times only to be told that they would call me back. They never called back!! All that was said on the last call was, their website is out of date and also they do not take on most of the jobs advertised. No solar panels,, no wet underfloor heating. I didn’t stay on the line long enough for them to tell me what else they ‘don’t’ do. Total waste of my time. Why couldn’t someone just tell me whilst on the first call?!?! I am only writing this review so that nobody else has to waste their time calling them.
I've purchased electric underfloor heating from Warmfloor Solutions on a number of occasions, I would not hesitate to use them again and frequently recommend them. They have no problem advising on the best method and materials to use when installing.....technical help is never a problem...experts!
Michael was especially helpful I didn't really know what I was doing I had ordered the wrong underfloor heating system Michael change the heating system saving me money without hassle he explained the system fully in terms I would understand I would defantley recommend warmfloor solutions to anybody looking into underfloor heating systems
