Our experience has been utterly shocking and one of the poorest levels of workmanship and customer service we’ve ever known. Windows and doors were ordered in JULY 2023 and the job is still not complete 16 months on (to date NOVEMBER 2024). In NOVEMBER 2023 Warmer Homes badly (part order) installed windows and a door (see photos). Warmer Homes left the job unfulfilled with three windows still to fit. Well having read the reviews I’m in total amazement because our experience has been utterly shocking and one of the poorest levels of workmanship and customer experience we’ve ever been a victim to. We ordered windows 12 months ago and despite repeated communication we still haven’t had the job completed. 6 months ago they bodged a window in using a sub contractor with 3 windows still requiring installation and damages to our property and new door.
