Not happy recently. Agree with other comments. Arrange a blood test on the phone. Don't waste the doctor and nhs time with an appointment first. Also there's a new doctor that treats you like you're stupid and he comes across as a bit cocky. Not a good replacement for a long time partner.
I am writing to complain about the behavior of the receptionist I spoke to on the phone. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, which is unacceptable in such an institution. While I understand that not everyone may behave this way, this kind of attitude should not be tolerated. Thank you.
Phoned the surgery to ask if I could arrange for blood test on the phone or online without having to make an appointment to see a doctor, was told that I needed to come in and see a doctor, so I made an appointment, so I waited the 2 weeks and when I got to the doctor, she told me I could have done it on the NHS app!!! Anyway the doctor made an appointment for me to see the nurse in 4 days. I got to the nurse to be asked if I fasted??? Come on, give me a break!!!
