I needed a prescription for more tablets, as I was staying in Brighton longer than I had planned for & had run out of tablets. I was met & helped by a friendly receptionist. She had done her research & booked me an appointment for the next day, which was a Satuday. So all the more remarkable.The Dr. I saw was competent and sympathetic. Praise for him too.
Not happy recently. Agree with other comments. Arrange a blood test on the phone. Don't waste the doctor and nhs time with an appointment first. Also there's a new doctor that treats you like you're stupid and he comes across as a bit cocky. Not a good replacement for a long time partner.
I am writing to complain about the behavior of the receptionist I spoke to on the phone. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, which is unacceptable in such an institution. While I understand that not everyone may behave this way, this kind of attitude should not be tolerated. Thank you.
