Excellent product. Works as well and bette than expected. Local rep (Mike) was extremely helpful. Cost was very reasonable, but the local plumbers and cost of installation was as my father-in-law used to say "they sure know what to charge".
Seemingly good product but proceed with caution. Some staff and the design software are not so great. -Kim Gentry can be unnecessarily abrasive and condescending -Their software missed our BTU requirements by a very large margin…surprisingly bad -They said I’d need to add warmboard to my second story to meet their over 75,000 BTU requirement. Very professional and a great efficient system
We have been quite pleased with our experience working with Zak and Warmboard. Through the initial contact, design, and delivery, everything went smoothly and, equally importantly, with exceptional support and communication. The "kit" provided all tools needed to install and required no extra materials.
