Purchased our home last year and in the spring the roof had been leaking water from the chimney outlet of the gas fireplace. It was apparent it would be snowmelt, as this was happening on one of the first warm spring days. We immediately contacted warman homes and they disregarded our LEGITIMATE water ingress concern as "not operating our fireplace enough during the winter". That the source of water was from melting frost condensation on the chimney - a result of not using the fireplace enough apparently.... Fast forward to ... read more
