My adult son was 15 minutes late to his appointment after driving out from Saskatoon and hitting a train. When he arrived, he was turned away because he was too late. He wasn't called by reception because their system crashed just before his appointment time. After hearing this, I called with some questions because this seemed completely unreasonable. I have been going to Costco for a few years for eye exams and contacts/glasses and decided to try Warman Eye Care - I saw Dr. Witzel today. Dr. Witzel is an exceptional optometrist - super efficient and extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answers questions in a concise way. She reviewed my eye exam results, discussed eye health and reviewed options thoroughly. They perform two tests not performed by the Costco optometrist, same price for the exam. Dr Laforge is a huge favourite in our family. For years he has understood and explained how my eye care relates to the rest of my body with complicated health history. He explains everything so well and never fails to teach us more. He’s amazing with my girls, they truly feel comfortable with him. The whole clinic is a pleasure to visit with every staff member going over and above. Our favourites are Lindsay, Tianna, and Brandi - they make us feel special and give the best advice and service. I have been coming here for quite a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
