Very experienced team and friendly faces! They were polite and helpful!
From the time I walked in the door until I left I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and understand everything they were doing and explain what issues arose. They were able to answer my questions and I was able to understand everything. I definitely would recommend this group of professionals.

My adult son was 15 minutes late to his appointment after driving out from Saskatoon and hitting a train. When he arrived, he was turned away because he was too late. He wasn't called by reception because their system crashed just before his appointment time. After hearing this, I called with some questions because this seemed completely unreasonable.
