My mums heating packed up and their ‘maintenance’ person Steve Porter couldn’t care less. Avoid at all costs.
I bought actuators for the underfloor heating as the original failed. They came without adaptors so no way of fitting them on the manifold. I contacted warmafloor and they did provide link to buy the adapters separately (which 4of them would cost a fiver) but the postage they want to charge is £7! I also enquired about servicing of the manifold but they said that the Company is going out of business and they won't be servicing anymore. Now I am without working parts and underfloor heating.
Good for UFH parts.
We were very pleased with the engineers fitting our underfloor heating. A challenging job at times, but they remained remarkably friendly and helpful. Thank you!
