I try not to speak poorly of others, but felt it was important to warn others about the experience I had with owner, Krissy, a few days ago. I booked a hot stone massage and didn't get hot stones. But the massage I received was good. However, like someone else stated, she did stop the massage and exit the room without saying anything, with me exposed on the table. Krissy is amazing, this was my 1st massage ever & she made it very comfortable for me! Definitely will be returning.
I may have caught her on an off day, however, it is posted to show up 15 minutes before the appointment so me and my sister got there 20 minutes before my appointment. When we got there we stayed in my car for 5 minutes and then went and tried to walk in but the door was locked. We both tried to reach her but we were sent to voicemail. She arrives 3 minutes before my appointment and proceeded to scold us for sitting outside on the rocks and calling her while she was driving. Krissy made me feel right at home like we were besties! This was my first time waxing anything other than my eyebrows and she made sure I felt comfortable. I'm DEFINITELY coming back!
