I was in a major auto accident in '09 in which I suffered a traumatic amputation of my left leg, just above my knee. I also suffered 3rd degree burns on my back and arms and was comatose for 3 months. I was transferred to Warm Springs from University Hospital due to the fact that, shortly after they stabilized me (in a coma) they moved me from level one trauma, down to level two. My father was just removed from this "rehab" facility after only 24 hours of hell. He was in there for spinal surgery rehab. Once we saw what this place was all about we pulled him out immediately. Across the hall from him ( and it was ONLY the two of them in the entire wing so it's not as if it was a busy night) was an elderly man. He was most likely in his mid-80's.
