They killed my 3 yr old cat during a routine teeth cleaning. They are not board certified. Not accredited. Not skilled enough to do a simple procedure like this. My cat should not have died. Do not go
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET HERE!! THEY KILLED MY HEALTHY 3 YEAR OLD CAT AFTER A ROUTINE TEETH CLEANING!!!! They are not board certified surgeons, which is about 4 additional years of training. Vet schools actually don't teach much in dentistry. I've been doing a lot of research since this happened. Their website says, we'd rather do a lot of surgeries at a lower cost, than less at a higher cost. Please don't let this fool you. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! On 8/8/23 I took my 2 precious, healthy, 3 year old cats there for a simple teeth cleaning. I read a bunch of the reviews and saw a lot of positive ones but the negative ones made me have reservations. I am a nurse so I completely understand the risks of anesthesia...especially with cats. Excellent! Everything from my initial phone call, check in at the office, examination, x-ray, consultation, and setting up a quick follow-up appointment was so very stream-lined, efficient, and helpful! All the staff members were also very kind and professional.
I’ve been going to Warm Springs Family Dental for the last 15 years, I have never left disappointed, they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and do amazing dentistry! I’ve have minor, major, Veneers and to the most recent front tooth implant, I couldn’t be happier! I do highly recommend them.
I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for quite a few years and I always come out of my appointments very satisfied. The Hygenists are also very competent and patient. I have also referred this clinic to so many people and I have always received positive feedback.
I have been coming to WSFD for over 25 years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the services. The team, from the front office to the dental hygienists to the dentists is wonderfully efficient, personable and has always provided me with excellent services. This practice truly deserves its 5 stars and more.
I had a great visit to your office yesterday. Chris, the hygienist is such a wonderful person. She is kind, sweet and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She makes me feel at ease since I have "dental anxiety". Actually DR Hansen and his amazing assistants also have a way to calm my nerves. I am very happy with my dental care.
