During the past two years of going to see Sheila, everything she worked on has improved-- including increased shoulder mobility, less pain, and better mood. Often, when I come back for the next appointment, Sheila has done further research about the issue and is ready to try something new to help even more. Sheila's acupuncture treatments have greatly affected my body (and life). For the past ten years, pain in my hamstrings made it hard for me to run, hike, or get comfortable sitting in a chair or car. After the second treatment, the pain was gone and it never came back. I came to Sheila seeking care for my knee. She took a thorough history and listened to my story. I also had the benefit of getting treatment for other conditions that were impacting my healing.
