My brother has been under the care of Warm Heart Assisted Living for 5 years. He has been well cared for and the staff is very caring and loving. An example of their caring was when it was his birthday, they had a party with me and the other residents. They provided a cake and sang to him. The communication from the staff and owner is excellent. They continually inform me of his needs. I am very pleased with the care he receives.

The nurse practitioner at this facility is at best abysmal. I can only beg you to be a buyer beware. If you ask for any information regarding your loved one... such as how much are they drinking, how much are they sleeping, how much do they weigh? Average general questions will not get you an answer. My husband was under her care for seven months. I texted her, I emailed her, I called and left a voice messages.
