I have been bringing my animals to Warm and Fuzzy for several years now. The doctors and techs provide wonderful care. The office staff are friendly and great at what they do. The lobby and treatment rooms are always spotless.
If my animal needs medicine monthly they should have the prescription ready when we come in for our visit. Also try to remember the animals name when you are working with them instead of guessing and guessing wrong. Other wise it's a good vet place.
Smh!!! These ppl are racist! Went to get my daughter’s bunny checked out. What happened to respect and HIPPA laws? You should Never in your professional career disrespect anyone or racially profiling openly around other customers. They actually talked badly about a customer and her situation in the lobby. I can't say enough about this place. I had heard of it and saw great reviews, but I never knew exactly where it was, except in Middle River. I noticed my cat Chester urinating frequently and when I looked, there was a small amount of blood in his urine. I called them and was expecting to have to wait at least a week for an appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when they got me in the same day! Staff is great. Easy to schedule appointments. They are excited to see our rodents and have vets who specialize in their care. Prices for services or treatments are presented upfront. Trust all of our pets to their care and have recommended them to our closest friends.
