Not trustworthy, especially when you buy a used car from this dealership. They don’t consider your offer even if it’s the highest and would sell to someone else! Your loss, not mine. This is not the trust and honesty that should be followed from a Toyota dealership.
Was stranded with non-Toyota EV in Warkworth with 8% battery and Fast-Chargers not connecting to car and Luke at Toyota was super friendly and helpful and put car on AC charger, so I could make it safely to Auckland. Exceptional service and hospitality! Thank you so so much!!!
We booked our runx in for heater repair and a recall for airbag. $ 1200 later neither was fixed and they wanted to charge$550 for a window switch which we readily purchased for $35 new. They wouldn't honor the original repair or fix it. Very disappointed in service ,cost , and knowledge. Never to return again. Tom Balzat
