Called Bob and told him we want to fill in flooring where cabinets in kitchen were removed and rest of flooring had been done a few years ago. Paid for job up front, Bob quoted install price. Never notified when flooring came in. Set up install and installer called saying we should redo the whole floor. We said no just put in missing areas. Appointment for 10:00, showed up at 12:30.
