Great compassionate professional team from reception to nurse
This review is long overdue! I truly adore everyone at this medical centre. From the warm welcome by Renee at reception to the exceptional care from Dr. Rayyan and Dr. Chetty. Renee is so kind, attentive, and if you notice, remembers each patient by name, which makes it feel like family. I think it says a lot about the practice. I was absolutely disappointed (actually I was angry to say the least) after the appointment with Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Fathima Shiyana. She was asking me more irrelevant questions rather than actually listening to what I came to see the doctor for. After I told her about my health problems, instead of examining me like other doctor would do, she continued with even more unrelated questions to the point that my time ran out, and the doctor was late for the next appointment... I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was given information about my health that was later found to be inaccurate and inconsistent with national medical guidelines. When I asked for clarification and access to my own records, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. We also found that we had been incorrectly informed about the nature of our diagnosis, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
