I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was given information about my health that was later found to be inaccurate and inconsistent with national medical guidelines. When I asked for clarification and access to my own records, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. We also found that we had been incorrectly informed about the nature of our diagnosis, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. This review is long overdue! I truly adore everyone at this medical centre. From the warm welcome by Renee at reception to the exceptional care from Dr. Rayyan and Dr. Chetty. Renee is so kind, attentive, and if you notice, remembers each patient by name, which makes it feel like family. I think it says a lot about the practice. The practice is also very clean
The staff are so friendly and helpful
