Drake is a nice guy straight up , knowes about furnaces told all i needed to know about my furnace and I even asked about the hot water tank. He made the call so i could talk to the lady on the phone and knew everything about my furnace . I would like to give this company a better review since they were kind and responsive but the full scope of the work that needed done was not met with foresight. They repaired a shut off valve that was leaking in a sink that was in a garage that had caused it to freeze. I wish they would have assessed the situation and advised me not to repair it because with the freezing conditions it happened again the very next day. New furnace installation
I was scheduled quickly. They came out and installed in a reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up nicely and Voila!! I had hot water. The technician let me know of some thing I need to check on with my chimney and offer suggestions on what service to use. All in all a pleasant experience
