Excellent and very professional
Eric was great! He showed up early and was quick and efficient, and answered all my questions.
He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the furnace no problem.
We discovered our furnace had stopped working in May when the temperature dropped. Drake came out the very next day and fixed everything up on a time crunch while we were getting ready to show our house for sale. He fixed it under the service agreement with Warhold for no charge which was greatly appreciated. He also identified some other issues with out hot water tank while he was there and gave a comprehensive overview of what would be needed to fix it and the approximate cost, without ever pushing services on us.
