I am still working with Chris on repairing my HVAC unit and so far, I am highly impressed. He has done everything he can for me with the ongoing issues of my air unit, keeping constant communication with me about the parts needed, and truly a super nice guy. I’m sure when it’s all said and done I’ll continued to be pleased.
Called him but he wasn’t able to come look at my unit that day, but took the time to ask what was wrong with it and diagnosed it in hopes I could find the right part over the holiday weekend!
Chris came over when my unit was out , he was there same day and got me up and running,top notch guy top notch company
Owner had me a new unit next day! Very great timing due to weather all guys including him was very nice and well mannered. Very clean too all around great guys definitely recommend!

Wares Heating and Cooling's combination of professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service, resulted in a positive overall experience for our first time call. He got us fixed in 1/2 hour! Chris was on time, concise with his diagnosis and repair. Easy on the wallet & even gave us a Veterans discount on a Saturday emergency call! He's our go to AC guy from now on!!!
