Came to an emergency call on Saturday and had to order a part. Kept me informed of progress all along the way. Kept to his schedule and showed up on time. Awesome service and a great guy. He'll get all my HVAC business.
Our air went out when it was 90 degrees and they worked with us as quick as they could to get it working again. Looked up the warranty and didn’t try to charge us for things that were not covered and they were very fair and reasonable! I will recommend them to everyone. Truly nice and caring people!
SO THANKFUL for Ware’s Heating and Cooling!!! Our AC went out last minute and they got right over to the house. Problem solved in a quick and timely manner, and they were extremely friendly and professional. They will DEFINITELY be the ones I call for anything HVAC!
I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Our air unit quit cooling. I called and they came out the same day within an hour they were here and our unit was repaired. Also it didn’t cost us our first born or a kidney. The bad part was replaced and they didn’t try to sale us any unnecessary things. Very straight forward and honest.
